Returns and Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact me at andre@artesanobonafide.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include photos and details, and I’ll work with my production partner to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Size or Color Issues: Unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges for size or color issues since each item is made to order. Please double-check our sizing chart before purchasing!

Personalized Designs: Custom-made items are unique to you, so we can’t accept returns or refunds for these.

Change of Mind/Unwanted ItemsAs all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for items you no longer want (e.g., ordering multiples by mistake). Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase.
How to Start a Return
If your issue falls under our return policy (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), email me at andre@artesanobonafide.com within 30 days of delivery. I’ll guide you through the process personally. Please don’t send anything back without contacting me first, returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.
Refunds
Once I’ve reviewed your case and approved the return (if applicable), I’ll process your refund or arrange for a replacement. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
