Shipping Policy for CocoBling

1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to customers in the United States, including Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within [7 business days]. Processing times may vary based on the product and the shipping method selected.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen during checkout and may vary.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is between [7-10 business days] from the shipping date.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery is between [5-7 business days] from the shipping date.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: CocoBling ships to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: CocoBling is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages: CocoBling is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
